Tempo Plastic Co., Inc., provides stock and custom substrate packaging, particulate free substrate storage, semi-flexible, long life protective packaging for archival storage, in-house handling, or shipping. Our packaging is cleanroom - compatible and durable, molded from copolymer foams. Test reports for liquid particle counts and organic analysis are posted. We feature thin walls, smooth surfaces, and high foam densities. We specialize in intricate shapes and offer static dissipative certification, responsiveness and low cost molds.

Packaging & Storage Benefits for any application

Substrate parts are held vertically on edge for simple storage and count verification, Tempo Foam packaging and storage saves labor of recounting. Our substrate packaging provides good protection and storage for ceramics, silicons, garnets, glasses and exotic material. Modular molds can be fitted with new inserts for low cost packaging & storage customization.
